Great Lakes Carbon in the year 2005 provided potassium permanganate injection services on a total of 6 sites. Volumes injected range from 13,000 gallons to 100,000 gallons of 2-4% solution.

Trained GLCT personal (all 40 hour Haz-wopper trained) have done those projects around the clock to meet our clients injection needs minimizing factory disruption. Staff is cross trained in the use of all equipment to assure continual high quality work.

EQUIPMENT:

-Vortex mixers for pre mixing solution, with Inductors

• Poly Tanks for storage
• Air driven pumps and compressors for injection
• Multi Bag Filters for removal of any solids to protect the injection wells
• Header Systems to enable multiple wells to be injected simultaneously
